The module extends business process functionality by providing tools for array manipulation: selecting elements by index or value, intersecting arrays, removing elements, and creating associative arrays.
The notifications section enables sending messages in chats from user to user.
For CRM integration, the module supports creating smart process elements and documents with tables, retrieving product position information and lists, adding positions, modifying deal data, and updating CRM cards. It allows searching for and managing CRM multi-field values, including retrieving, modifying, or deleting them by ID.
The HL blocks section enables searching for, adding, and deleting elements, as well as retrieving their IDs.
The CRM object search functionality includes binding contacts and companies to leads, searching for companies and entities by fields, domain, email, phone number, INN, and KPP. It also provides access to a lead's contact list, deal information by ID, and details about entities associated with a specific deal.
The global constants section allows retrieving constant values and replacing existing ones. The module also supports the creation of scheduled tasks.
The Business Processes module extension by BestRank adds tools for workflow automation and data management. Key capabilities include document approval with business process launch, task status control, task delegation, and counting the number of tasks. It supports bulk editing of information block elements and retrieving employee tasks.
The task management section allows creating tasks, searching for them, modifying task fields, working with linked tasks, and adding comments. Available functions include retrieving the task comment list, retrieving a specific comment, and mandatory reporting upon task completion. The system supports waiting for task status, changing status, and changing stages in a group Kanban.
The module provides information block operations: searching for an element, searching for element IDs, reading, creating, and modifying information block sections and elements. It includes converting an information block field from HTML to BBCode. The calendar section supports adding a calendar event and modifying a calendar event.
The requisites block includes searching requisites by ID, adding requisites and bank requisites, modifying requisites, and changing addresses in requisites. It supports retrieving an address from requisites by entity ID and retrieving a list of requisites IDs.
Disk integration provides access to Disk files and folders and attaching a file (disk) to a task. The Employees section includes searching for employee IDs by filter, retrieving user information by ID, and adding a user.
The Business Processes module extension by BestRank provides tools for working with users and data. The functionality includes adding and removing employees from open lines, editing their fields, and changing departments. Operations for searching users by fields and retrieving all employee data by ID are available. The tool allows changing variables and terminating business processes by their ID. Capabilities also include creating barcodes, forming associative arrays, and resizing images. For file handling, the extension supports writing data, creating files in CSV, XLS, and XLSX formats, and converting files to base64 strings.
General iT can install “Business Processes Module Extension”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.

The Tasks module in Bitrix24 is a core tool for project management, business processes, and production control. Tasks are frequently linked to CRM elements, yet the current display capabilities have limitations.
