The widget is placed on any page via the component bastionplus:leadbot.widget. The built-in scenario builder allows creating a visual connection map with steps and answer options. Supported step types include: text messages, selection of one or multiple options, text input, file attachment, portfolio display, contact collection, and dialogue termination. The system maintains a lead log with export capabilities in CSV and PDF formats. Functionality for resuming incomplete dialogues is implemented. A/B testing of two scenarios and simple funnel building by steps are available. Managers can receive notifications in Telegram, and module access rights (read and write) can be configured for a limited set of users.
The solution is intended for website owners and agencies on the 1C-Bitrix platform who require a native bot without third-party service subscription fees. Operation requires the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management edition with module support.
Bastionplus:LeadBot is a scenario-based chatbot for lead collection. It requires PHP 8.2 or higher. The module operates with Telegram and Bitrix24 via outgoing HTTPS requests from the website server. Upon installation, a demo scenario named Demo: consultation request is automatically created. The widget is placed on a website page, while administration is handled via the Services → Lead Bot menu in the control panel. The solution is provided free of charge; customization and implementation are performed by agreement with a partner.
