UPDATE HISTORY
System diagnostics does not display paths, ini directives, and environment versions to users without administrator privileges.
Viewing the chat history in the admin panel is done via /bitrix/admin/, not via the closed /bitrix/modules/.
In the chat history, user messages are escaped using htmlspecialcharsbx.
Diagnostics no longer outputs the verbose cURL log with the Authorization header.
Fixes based on the security scanner report: authorization and limits on public AJAX, binding history to USER_ID, TLS without disabling certificate verification, and HTML escaping of the model's response.
