Integration with Wildberries via API. Product cards, stock levels, prices, orders, shipments
The module provides two-way synchronization between a 1C-Bitrix website and the Wildberries marketplace via the official API. The functionality allows for automatic export of product cards, current prices, discounts, and stock levels, as well as import of orders, their statuses, and management of shipments.

The functionality allows for automatic export of product cards, current prices, discounts, and stock levels, as well as import of orders, their statuses, and management of shipments. The solution supports FBS (seller stock sales), DBS (seller delivery), C&C (pickup), and FBW (sales from Wildberries warehouse) schemes.
API integration with Wildberries synchronizes product cards, stock levels, prices, orders, and shipments.
Mass creation and update of product cards
The solution enables rapid generation of product cards based on website data and configured templates. It supports simple cards as well as variants, color, and size options. Image, specification, and dimensional data can be exported.
Automatic stock synchronization
The system supports periodic full stock exports and incremental updates based on changes. It handles multiple warehouses and processes dimensional data (KGT, SGT).
Automatic price and discount synchronization
Both periodic full exports of prices and discounts and incremental updates upon changes are supported.
Order import and management
Orders from Wildberries are imported to the website with mapping between order items and website products. The update mechanism maintains order accuracy by fetching changes and current statuses. The website interface allows changing statuses, printing labels, generating pick lists, and submitting marking data (Honest Sign, GTIN).
Shipment management
Functionality for managing shipments is available directly on the website.
The module provides a full cycle for managing FBS shipments on the website: viewing the shipment list, creating a new shipment, adding orders, closing the shipment, and printing shipment labels.
Order processing automation is implemented via triggers and status synchronization. The system supports bidirectional status updates between the website and Wildberries. Changing an order status on one platform automatically updates the corresponding status on the other.
Configuration allows automatically setting payment, shipment, or cancellation flags on the website when the status changes on Wildberries, and vice versa. Upon reaching a specific status, the system can automatically create a new shipment and attach the order to it. The module also supports sending 'Chestny Znak' (Honest Sign) marking or GTIN codes when a specific condition is met.
The module includes a 'Buy on Wildberries' component. This feature allows placing a direct link to the corresponding product card on the marketplace within the product card on the website.
The module provides Wildberries integration via API for managing product cards, stock levels, prices, orders, and shipments. It supports connecting multiple Wildberries personal accounts. Existing Wildberries products can be linked to products in 1C-Bitrix. The solution architecture ensures high fault tolerance. User access rights can be configured. The system sends notifications to Telegram regarding errors and new orders.

Attention! The Wildberries API for price management has changed. This update revises the process of transmitting prices and discounts in accordance with the API.
1. Check the solution settings. Discounts are now transmitted together with prices. If you send discounts from Bitrix, remember to enable the new discount export mechanism in the settings.
2. The onAfterCalculateSales event of the solution is no longer supported. Discount calculations can be adjusted via the onAfterCalculatePrices event (this event now has access to discount data).
