The ANK Studio module automatically transfers new orders from a 1C-Bitrix online store to CRM Bitrix24 deals. No additional base modules are required for installation. The CRM connection is established via an incoming REST webhook, allowing the selection of a sales funnel and mapping of order statuses to deal stages.
Administrators can configure order and customer fields for deal creation, including the order ID. New orders are processed in the background using Bitrix agents triggered by cron in the PHP CLI environment. The system includes protection against duplicate deal creation and handles temporary errors gracefully.
Bidirectional synchronization of stages is supported: updating an order status updates the associated deal stage, while changing a deal stage in the CRM updates the corresponding order status. For synchronization from CRM to the order, each CRM stage must correspond to exactly one order status.
Stage synchronization is enabled by an administrator after configuring the mappings and the outgoing CRM webhook. Required components include the 1C-Bitrix Online Store module, appropriate CRM permissions, and a functioning cron agent execution in PHP CLI.
If the basic module for order transfer to CRM is already installed on the site, it continues to process orders. This solution adds stage synchronization to that module. Simultaneous order processing by two modules is disabled.
The solution does not include order validation, mass corrections, handling of abandoned carts, order creation from CRM, or synchronization of other deal fields.
