The ANK Studio basic module automatically transfers new orders from an online store on the 1C-Bitrix platform to a selected sales funnel in the Bitrix24 CRM.
Basic module capabilities include:
Connecting the CRM portal via an incoming REST webhook.
Selecting the target funnel and mapping order statuses to deal stages.
Configuring order fields and customer data transmitted when creating a deal.
Background transfer of new orders via cron.
Protection against duplicate deal creation by order ID and retry logic for temporary errors.
The basic module does not include order validation, mass corrections, handling abandoned carts, creating orders from the CRM, or subsequent synchronization of deal fields. Two-way synchronization of order stages and CRM is available in the separate "With Automation" edition.
Operation requires the "Online Store" module for 1C-Bitrix, CRM access via webhook, and a functioning cron task.
