The module connects an online store on the 1C-Bitrix platform with the Bitrix24 CRM system, synchronizing orders with deals. Administrative settings allow connecting the CRM, selecting a sales funnel, mapping order statuses to deal stages, and configuring field correspondence. The system supports automatic transfer of new orders, as well as manual or mass addition of missing records.
The module connects an online store on the 1C-Bitrix platform with the Bitrix24 CRM system, synchronizing orders with deals. Administrative settings allow connecting the CRM, selecting a sales funnel, mapping order statuses to deal stages, and configuring field correspondence. The system supports automatic transfer of new orders, as well as manual or mass addition of missing records. Built-in tools enable detection of deals without an associated order and identification of duplicates by order ID. The module allows editing data for both orders and deals, and configuring the direction of synchronization changes between them. Automatic and background processing uses 1C-Bitrix agents and the system cron. Operation requires a configured outgoing Bitrix24 webhook with permissions to read and modify CRM data, along with a properly functioning task scheduler on the site. The set of supported fields and stages is selected by the administrator and depends on the configuration of the store and CRM.
When needed, General iT can implement “Synchronization of online store orders with CRM”, configure the module and verify it against the current website setup.

The complete build and module version number have been updated. Functional fixes for order synchronization, transfer of abandoned carts, protected support requests, and paths after migration are included in the previous update 1.0.16.

Updated support request submission: new installations are registered securely, attachments are provided via a public handler, and the site address is determined correctly.
