What this solution does

The module provides automatic product export to Yandex with XML file generation. The full functionality of this module is included in the parent module 'Export Products to Trading Portals', which also contains the 'Export Products to Google Merchants' module.

Publishing products on trading portals increases conversion on your website. The module allows you to perform an export with just a few clicks, without visiting third-party services.

The tool provides flexible export configuration with unique capabilities:

- Selection of one or multiple information blocks for export.

- Support for multisite configurations.

- Support for various character encodings.

- Processing of both trade catalogs and standard information blocks (requires BUS version "First Site" or higher).

- Support for trade offers.

- Transfer of trade sections for product offers.

- Use of information block names as catalog section names.

- Detailed export configuration down to the final catalog sub-sections.

- Export of the full product category path from the top level to the final level.

- Export of product offers only, with their parent categories included.

The module enables automatic data transfer to Yandex and Google by filling missing values in product offers from the main product card (e.g., weight or description). Configurable mandatory fields allow the system to exclude elements with missing critical data from the export file and log these errors. Support for conditions and condition groups helps filter the catalog, excluding unnecessary items to optimize advertising budgets.

Features include URL string encoding, case conversion for values, special character escaping, or complete removal of special characters. The tool supports HTML to text conversion, limiting string length, and restricting the number of values selected from multiple fields. A rounding function is available for numeric values. Data replacement can be applied to individual fields or the entire export file.

The "Export to Yandex and Google" module by AKRIT provides flexible configuration for passing data to tags. It supports passing values from information block fields with their properties, custom values, as well as section names, their IDs, and custom section properties.

The module allows setting constant values for tags. This is useful when a specific value for a required tag is missing, but a single value needs to be assigned to all products at once.

Complex values can be passed to tags based on specified conditions. Depending on the condition, the tag receives a field from the 'yes' branch or the 'no' branch.

Composite values can be generated from a set of fields. For example, a product name can combine the title, brand, article number, and model, which is crucial for creating advertising campaign headlines.

The module includes support for working with Yandex category mapping directories, allowing you to configure the correspondence of your product categories.

Multicurrency support is provided in accordance with the currency module settings.

The module supports exporting products to Yandex and Google with currency conversion based on the site rate or public rates, including rounding functionality. It allows configuring export conditions and condition groups to filter out specific items from the feed. Both manual and automatic export modes are supported, along with step-by-step data export with a configurable number of products per step. An automatic server capacity calculator helps determine optimal module settings to minimize server load during import. The module has been experimentally verified to handle exports of over 1.2 million infoblock elements reliably. An automated testing system checks for required libraries and issues warnings to prevent errors. Operation logging includes sending an email report with the results of each export.

The module provides cache protection to prevent portals from loading outdated export data. Support for XML and CSV formats enables the creation of distributor network exports or Excel price lists. Export files can be packaged in ZIP format to accelerate the transfer of large catalogs. The system supports both one-time and scheduled periodic automatic exports with configurable intervals in minutes. File generation uses a multi-threaded mode, reducing processing time proportionally to the number of threads.

Important limitations:

In demo mode, the number of products in a single export profile is limited to 50. The conditions functionality does not work in the 'First Site', 'Start', 'Standard', and 'Expert' editions, as it requires the 'Trade Catalog' module, which is not available in these versions.

Full compatibility is guaranteed only on the current stable versions of the Bitrix Site Management platform. While the module may theoretically function starting from version 14.0.8, we do not test the solution on all previous releases; therefore, support is limited to current stable product versions.

Free technical support is provided only when access to the client's site is available. Server configuration and the resolution of errors found in the standard 1C-Bitrix system tests are performed on a paid basis. Before installing the module, carefully review all warnings and ensure that all site tests pass without errors.

To work with social networks, a minimum PHP version of 5.4 is required; version 5.6 or higher is recommended. When exporting data, consider portal requirements for images: the current standard resolution is 2160×3840 pixels (UHD/4K).

Refunds for the purchased solution are not possible, as under Russian legislation, the product constitutes a right to use rather than a good or service.

Module 'Export to Yandex and Google' (Developer: AKRIT). A limited license applied to an active module with an expired term grants the right to use functional capabilities available under the Standard License. Excluded from this right are: receiving new versions (updates) of the application, technical support, updates to category directories, and the operation of export profiles for platforms GoogleNews, tiu, goods, all.biz, prom.ua, blizko.ru, deal.by, and facebook.com*. The activities of Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) are prohibited in the Russian Federation.
