DuplicationGuard is a free module for finding fuzzy duplicates in Bitrix24 CRM. The standard duplicate control mechanism primarily identifies records based on exact value matches. This tool extends that capability by detecting similar leads, contacts, and companies even when data is entered in different formats.
DuplicationGuard is a free module for finding fuzzy duplicates in Bitrix24 CRM. The standard duplicate control mechanism primarily identifies records based on exact value matches. This tool extends that capability by detecting similar leads, contacts, and companies even when data is entered in different formats.
The module helps identify:
companies with rearranged legal form names, such as "OOO Romashka" and "Romashka, OOO";
phone numbers recorded with different country codes, spaces, parentheses, or hyphens;
names and titles containing typos or minor variations;
email addresses and websites in different formats;
groups of multiple interrelated duplicate candidates.
Found candidates are placed in a convenient review queue. For each group, the following details are displayed:
similarity percentage;
CRM records involved;
values of key fields;
count of related deals, tasks, and invoices;
recommendation for the most complete record;
fields with differing values.
Results can be filtered by entity type and status. Groups that are not duplicates can be added to the exclusion list. Scanning runs in the background and supports resumption after interruption, making the module suitable for processing large CRM databases.
The free version of the Anmarto.DuplicationGuard module by Automation Business Solutions is designed for finding duplicates, analyzing them, and performing manual review. The module does not automatically delete or merge CRM records.
