The whatAsoft 'Smart Process Element Search' activity is designed for Bitrix24 business processes. It enables finding and retrieving a list of smart process elements based on specified criteria. Filtering is available by smart process type, name (partial match), current stage, and connection to CRM entities: leads, contacts, companies, deals, invoices, quotes, and other smart processes.
The whatAsoft 'Smart Process Element Search' activity is designed for Bitrix24 business processes. It enables finding and retrieving a list of smart process elements based on specified criteria.
Filtering is available by smart process type, name (partial match), current stage, and connection to CRM entities: leads, contacts, companies, deals, invoices, quotes, and other smart processes. A limit on the maximum number of returned elements can be set.
The activity functions within CRM, smart process, feed, and list business processes. Upon execution, it returns an array of found element IDs, the total count of found elements, and the ID of the first found element. These results are used to check conditions, make decisions, trigger additional processing branches, or perform operations on the found records. The standard Bitrix24 'Iterator' activity is used to process the array of found elements.
The module verifies the existence of related smart process elements before proceeding with subsequent business process steps. It enables searching for elements at a specific stage and controlling the count of elements linked to a deal, contact, company, or other CRM objects. The functionality includes checking for the absence of an element before automatically creating a new one. Found elements can be automatically processed using the 'Iterator' activity. Scenarios for approvals, notifications, and other processes are built based on the retrieved data. This solution allows utilizing smart process information directly within Bitrix24 business processes without writing custom code.
