What this solution does
WebEnot Pulse is a tool for generating scheduled website status reports. The solution provides local monitoring for the 1C-Bitrix platform by checking agent execution, overall site health, and generating summaries for orders and payments. History data is stored directly on your site, while reports are delivered via Email, Telegram, and MAX.
The system enables site owners and technical specialists to promptly identify overdue or hung agents, unprocessed email events, disk space shortages, outdated backups, and issues with DNS or SSL. For online stores, aggregated metrics for orders and payments are available without exposing customer personal data.
How it works
Administrators create independent monitoring profiles by selecting a specific site, report sections, agents, days of the week, launch times, and notification recipients. Server time is used for scheduling. Notification settings allow selection of modes: after every launch, only upon detecting issues, when the overall status changes, or upon recovery after a failure. The "on change" mode compares the overall system status rather than every individual value in the report text.
WebEnot Pulse checks selected agents, automatically adds new active agents, and identifies expired, hung, inactive, or missing agents. Function descriptions are displayed via PHPDoc or comments if the developer has added them.
The module monitors the mail queue, free disk space, file age in the standard Bitrix backup directory, DNS and SSL status, event log errors, and available updates.
Order and payment summaries are grouped by site, currency, and order status, and include comparisons with the previous period. Customer personal data is not included in these summaries.
Notifications are sent via the site's native mail system with sender verification, as well as through Telegram and MAX with support for multiple recipients, address search by bot events, and a test message before saving the profile.
The system manages the delivery queue, automatically retries temporary errors while respecting the service-defined delay, displays results for each recipient, and allows manual retry of failed deliveries.
Report history is preserved, and protected text copies are stored outside the site's public directory.
Multi-site support with independent profiles is provided. Access for viewing can be configured for users and groups. By default, access is granted only to administrators.
The module performs environment diagnostics, generates an anonymized JSON report for support, and runs via system cron or the Bitrix agent. All reports are created and stored locally within your 1C-Bitrix installation. Information about customers, orders, or site settings is not transmitted to the developer. When delivery is enabled, the prepared text is sent to the specified recipients. The module also performs external requests to the Bitrix update system and checks the site domain's DNS and SSL certificate. No separate cloud monitoring dashboard is required for report generation or storage. Email, Telegram, and MAX notification rules are determined by the respective services.
Environment requirements: PHP 8.1–8.4 with mbstring and OpenSSL extensions; MySQL or MariaDB database. The current version of 1C-Bitrix Site Management with D7 support is required. Supported editions include First Site, Start, Standard, Small Business, Expert, and Business. The Orders and Payments sections function only when the standard sale module is installed.
Access to external services is required for Telegram, MAX, and update checks. Domain verification requires a working DNS. SSL verification requires a successful outgoing TLS connection to the site domain on port 443.
To ensure reliable execution regardless of traffic, a system cron job with a one-minute interval is recommended. The built-in Bitrix agent relies on the site's configuration and may execute with a delay.
The interface for version 1.0.0 is available in Russian only. Support for PostgreSQL databases and the boxed version of Bitrix24 is not declared.
Functional limitations
The solution does not replace external availability monitoring: if the server is completely shut down, it cannot send notifications from that same server.
Backup control assesses the age of files in the /bitrix/backup directory but does not verify their contents or recoverability.
Error control analyzes ERROR-level entries in the Bitrix event log for the last 24 hours; this is not a comprehensive check of all server and PHP logs.
Actual email delivery depends on the site's outgoing mail settings. Acceptance of a message by a mail system does not guarantee its receipt by the recipient.
For MAX, a bot that has passed platform moderation is required. Recipient search uses available bot events rather than the full list of chats; when a Webhook is connected, the recipient must be specified manually.
A trial version is available.
The WebEnot Pulse module is available with a 14-day trial period. Installation is performed using standard Marketplace tools. In the demo distribution, the files include.php and install/index.php are protected by the 1C-Bitrix encoder to control the trial period duration.
General iT can handle the implementation of “WebEnot Pulse”, from installation to configuration and compatibility checks.
