What this solution does

The module automates the update of product prices and stock levels on the OZON marketplace by generating a feed file. This eliminates the need for manual data monitoring and reduces the risk of errors in inventory management.

Upon installation, a default export profile is created in the store's export profiles list, serving as a basis for configuring custom exports. Detailed documentation is available for installation and setup.

A key feature is the ability to limit the quantity of products in the export. When using price lists from third-party suppliers, which may contain inaccurate data or indicate the availability of defective goods, this setting helps prevent order cancellations and subsequent penalties from OZON.

For synchronizing stock levels after an order is placed on the marketplace, the separate solution 'OZON Order Processing via API' is recommended.

The module exports prices without discounts from the 'Marketing' section, allowing sellers to list the full product price, such as the recommended retail price, on OZON while applying discounts only on their own website.

Flexible pricing capabilities allow setting discounts, markups, and fixed surcharges like delivery costs. Users can easily specify a discount percentage to display the original price. The pricing engine also supports formula-based price calculations.

In the 'Business' edition, any price type added in the 'Price Types' section can be selected for feed export. The optimal price is used by default, but product or offer properties can also be utilized as the price source.

Stock levels can be exported for products not yet registered on OZON. The marketplace marks these items as not found, which OZON treats as an error, but this does not affect the module's operation. Once the product is added to the website and appears on OZON, price and stock updates begin immediately.

The module allows any product property to be used as the offer ID. In the feed settings, the 'Ozon SKU' field can accept an ID, an external code (XML_ID), or a specific information block property.

Product export can be filtered by price. The filtering logic can use either the price before pricing rules are applied or the final price after pricing. This is useful when different pricing strategies apply to different price ranges or for other specific requirements.

Flexible filtering is provided via a built-in basic filter on the 'Filter' tab, similar to the standard Bitrix filter, which excludes unnecessary data from the feed. Filtering is performed at the final stage after all constraints from previous steps have been applied.

The module supports a packaging coefficient setting. Select a property containing the number of units per package. During export, the product price is multiplied by this coefficient, and the stock quantity is divided by it.

The module allows feed access protection using a login and password. To activate this feature, copy the credentials from the OZON personal account into the export profile and enable the 'Feed protected by login and password' option.

When multiple warehouses are available, specific sources for data export to OZON can be selected. For each selected warehouse, an arbitrary name used on the platform can be specified.

If the Bitrix system has only one warehouse configured, its name can be set in a dedicated module settings field for a simplified stock output mode.

For simple products, the system supports summing stock quantities across selected properties (up to five).

The 'Reset Stock' tab is designed to reset quantities for products that are no longer active. By default, only active products are included in the export file; however, this function allows for proper handling of cases where a previously exported product has been deactivated on the OZON side.

By default, the feed exports only active products. If a product is deactivated on the website (for example, due to a sale or a supplier price list update), it stops appearing in the export, and its stock on Ozon is not reset to zero. This feature addresses this issue.

To enable it, activate the option and specify a delay period in days (recommended range: 1 to 3 days). Once enabled, the module tracks previously exported products. If a product is deactivated, it will be included in the next feed export with a stock quantity of zero, which will reset the stock on Ozon.

Important: When conducting test exports with changes to export sections or other parameters, use the 'Clear cache of exported products' function after testing to remove the test history.

The module supports automatic update of data exports. Configure periodic dispatch via agents or cron tasks. Detailed setup instructions are available in the 'Automatic Feed Update' guide.
