What this solution does
The WBS24: Get Orders from OZON (LITE) module provides automatic synchronization of new orders and their statuses from the OZON marketplace to a 1C-Bitrix site via API. This is a simplified version of the full solution, supporting only one-way data transfer from OZON to the site. The functionality is designed for scenarios requiring only order import without sending back statuses or managing inventory.
For the module to function correctly, the CURL library for PHP must be enabled on the server. Additionally, the following 1C-Bitrix components must be installed: catalog, sale, iblock, and landing. The module supports sites using the windows-1251 encoding.
After installation and configuration via the provided instructions, a new order created on OZON is automatically generated on the site within minutes. The module retrieves all necessary data from OZON to create the order record.
The module synchronizes order statuses: when a status changes on the OZON platform, it is automatically updated in the corresponding order on the website. Upon receiving an order with the stock reservation feature enabled, the item quantities on the site are reduced, ensuring that subsequent stock exports back to OZON remain accurate.
The system maps orders to simple products, offers, sets, and kits from the catalog. The order number format can be customized using a combination of fields: current day, month, and year, the external OZON order number, and the internal Bitrix order ID.
Additional solutions:
Set price calculation — automatically calculates and sets the final price of a kit based on the cost of the items included in it.
The WBS24 module: Getting orders from OZON via API (LITE) by WEB Symphony is designed to automate operations with the OZON marketplace. The functionality allows for receiving new orders and updating their statuses via API, as well as synchronizing product stock levels and prices using feeds. This solution eliminates the need for manual monitoring of availability and pricing, reducing the operational burden on the online store owner.
The module also includes additional tools for integration with other services. The delivery service plugin enables automatic recalculation of delivery costs from the Moscow Ring Road based on the distance to the customer. It supports receiving orders from SberMegamarket and CDEK.Market directly via API, as well as transmitting product, stock, and price data to SberMegamarket via feeds. Additionally, the functionality includes pop-up advertising banners with the ability to automatically apply coupons to the order cart.
The module enables the creation of a delivery service where the cost is not calculated automatically. Instead, an informational message is displayed stating that the price will be determined by a manager later.
The module also facilitates the quick creation of a notice regarding the use of cookie files on the website in compliance with Federal Law No. 152.
