A simple form on the website is of limited use: buyers are unaware of it and rarely return to the site after a purchase. Collecting reviews personally from each buyer is labor-intensive. While automatic emails requesting reviews can be configured in 1C-Bitrix, publishing the collected feedback still requires manual effort.
The module automates the review collection process, and publishing them on the site takes only a few minutes.
