Purpose of the solution The module eliminates data gaps between the online store catalog and the CRM catalog in Bitrix24. In the standard delivery, these catalogs function in isolation: changes to prices, stock levels, or descriptions in one are not reflected in the other.

Following the transition to the new discussion mechanism based on messengers, standard search stopped indexing task chat content, limiting results to task titles, descriptions, and standard fields.

While the mentioned user receives a notification for that specific message, they do not automatically become a chat participant or task watcher.
