What this solution does
The SIMAI: Smart Tasks for Bitrix24 module extends the functionality of standard tasks in the boxed version of Bitrix24. It addresses the issue of lost information regarding actions performed within tasks and enables smart task delegation.
The system automatically creates task comments when checklist items are added, modified, or deleted. Upon creating a new task, notifications are sent via personal chats to the responsible person, co-executors, and to the group (project) chat. Similar notifications are triggered when a task is overdue. If a user is mentioned in a task comment, they receive an automatic notification.
The module allows returning delegated tasks to the task creator. Two algorithms have been implemented to support this functionality.
The module implements two scenarios for automatically returning tasks after completion. The first scenario returns the task to the person who delegated it: if employee A delegates a task to employee B, who then delegates it to employee C, task completion by C returns it to B for review and re-completion, after which it returns to A. The second scenario returns the task directly to the original assignee: in the same A → B → C chain, task completion by C returns it immediately to A for review and resumption.
The module does not support REST API integration and is not intended for installation on cloud portals.
