What this solution does

A comprehensive solution for integrating 1C-Bitrix and amoCRM. It unifies the website and CRM into a single system: form submissions, emails, new infoblock elements, completed orders, and abandoned carts automatically enter amoCRM into the appropriate sales funnel assigned to the responsible manager without duplication. The solution covers the entire interaction cycle—from the first customer contact to two-way synchronization of order composition and status. Managers work exclusively within the amoCRM interface without accessing the website's administrative panel, ensuring data accuracy and eliminating the need for manual data transfer.

The package includes two independent modules developed since 2017 with over 1,000 installations:

The "Integration with Infoblocks, Web Forms, and Email Events" module handles website events: creating infoblock elements, processing web forms, and managing incoming email messages.

The "Integration with Online Stores" module manages the commercial workflow: synchronizing orders, shipments, products, buyers, purchases, and catalogs, while also tracking abandoned carts.

Comparative table of module capabilities.

Selection criteria for this solution.

AmoCRM module for 1C-Bitrix ensures automatic data synchronization between a website and the sales management system. Leads from web forms and emails are delivered to the CRM without loss. Products, catalogs, and customer information are transferred to AmoCRM. Two-way synchronization of orders, their composition, and statuses is implemented. Support for working with abandoned carts is included. Cross-channel analytics tags such as UTM, ClientID, and advertising identifiers are automatically saved in deal fields. The module supports simultaneous operation with multiple websites and AmoCRM accounts. Integration is configured once and operates autonomously.

Capabilities

Website events → AmoCRM entities

Creation and updating of deals, contacts, companies, and tasks upon adding or updating an information block element, submitting a web form, or triggering an email event.

Sending entities to the "Unsorted" folder with the ability to select a pipeline and name.

Support for multiple integration profiles for each information block, form, and email event to implement different scenarios.

Domain filtering and disabling processing upon re-updating an element or form result.

The module exports existing information block elements, submitted forms, and completed email events, preserving historical data during implementation.

Full e-commerce synchronization includes exporting orders with fields, properties, custom order fields, and payment and delivery data into deals, contacts, companies, buyers, and purchases. Two-way synchronization of order, shipment, and deal statuses is supported based on statuses, pipelines, and flags (paid, shipped, cancelled).

Orders can be created on the website from an amoCRM deal with associated products and contact details, triggered by specific deal statuses. Order composition is synchronized: changes to products on the 'Products' tab in a deal update the order on the website and vice versa. Delivery is synchronized separately as a product within the deal.

The 'Abandoned Carts' feature allows configuring an inactivity interval, exporting cart contents, buyer phone numbers and emails, and performing bulk exports.

Catalog management includes exporting and updating products while respecting category hierarchies, trade offers, warehouse stock levels, various price types, and product card links. Reverse synchronization of custom deal, contact, and company fields with order properties, fields, and flags is supported.

Duplicate control is implemented.

The module detects duplicate deals, contacts, and companies using either a built-in free algorithm or paid API filtering in amoCRM. When a duplicate is found, one of three strategies can be applied: adding a note with links, updating the main entity, or ignoring the duplicate without changes. Search can be performed across all deals, only deals linked to a specific contact, or by linked order. A unified phone number formatting standard ensures accurate matching.

The module transfers any tags from the query string, session, and cookies into amoCRM, assigning each value to the corresponding entity field. It supports tag persistence during page navigation and offers an option to save data only on the first visit for proper integration with Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. The system also supports passing visitor_uid for automated funnel operations and filtering the API version within the _ga tag.

Flexible mapping configuration allows for standard and custom fields of any type, placeholders, value summation in the budget field, and handling of tags and notes with uniqueness control and grouping. Multiple responsible users can be assigned with a rotation mechanism and permission checks within amoCRM. Settings can be adapted based on the website, payer type, order status, and domain.

The module supports connecting multiple amoCRM accounts and managing multiple websites on a single core.

Developers can extend functionality using system events (before/after for deals, contacts, companies, and products) without modifying the module code, and add custom fields for data transfer to amoCRM.

A setting is available to preserve final statuses: completed deals are not overwritten during subsequent synchronization.

The architecture ensures stability through asynchronous processing via agents. The site does not wait for an amoCRM response during events; tasks are executed immediately or retried upon failure. Data delivery is guaranteed through retry mechanisms, moving stuck events to an error status, and automatic log cleanup.

Detailed logging of requests, responses, and errors is included with a limit on log size. Administrators receive notifications if amoCRM becomes unavailable or connection errors occur. Access rights to the module are restricted within the administrative panel. The webhook endpoint can be regenerated with automatic address updates on the amoCRM side. The interface is fully translated into English.

Example scenario: a web form submission automatically creates a deal in the 'Unprocessed' status, preserving UTM parameters and assigning the responsible person based on the queue.

The module provides two-way synchronization between the online store and AmoCRM. When an order is placed, a deal is created and linked to products, a contact, and a company; order and deal statuses are updated simultaneously in both directions. When a manager adds an item to a deal, the order composition on the website is updated automatically. When a deal reaches a specific stage, an order is created on the website automatically. If a cart remains unconverted within a specified time, a deal is created containing the cart composition and buyer contact details. When a new product is added to the catalog, it is automatically added to AmoCRM, keeping the catalog up to date.

Modules have been regularly updated since 2017 and 2021. On average, several releases are issued monthly, featuring new functionality, security updates, and support for the latest versions of the 1C-Bitrix core, PHP, and the amoCRM API. The complete change history is available in the 'What's New' section.

Product development is driven by user requests. If a specific feature is missing, you can submit a ticket; a significant portion of the current functionality was added based on such requests.

The package includes two independent modules that are installed via the standard method. You can start with one module and connect the second later as needed.

The 'AmoCRM — Integration with Info Blocks, Web Forms, and Email Events' module handles the synchronization of website events (info blocks, web forms, email events) with CRM entities: deals, contacts, companies, tasks, and the 'Unsorted' folder.

The 'AmoCRM — Integration with Online Stores' module manages the transfer of store data: orders, shipments, statuses, abandoned carts, products, catalogs, as well as information about buyers and purchases.

Set up the integration once so the website and amoCRM operate as a unified system.
