What this solution does
The module is designed for managing information blocks. It enables creating copies of information blocks with a new name and symbolic code, as well as transferring them between sites via JSON files. The tool is suitable for quickly cloning structures for testing, development, or backup purposes.
Full copying of an information block preserves all settings: form fields, properties, property value lists, and SEO templates. When creating a copy, a new name and symbolic code can be specified.
The flexible content copying feature allows selecting the scope of transferred data. Users can copy only the information block structure or include sections, elements, files, and images.
JSON export enables downloading the information block to a file. Two modes are available: exporting only the structure or exporting the structure along with content and nested files (files are encoded in base64).
JSON import allows uploading an information block from another site where this module is installed. If the information block type does not exist, it is created automatically.
During export, files exceeding the configured limit are skipped. The maximum file size is set in the module settings.
Batch processing of data is supported.
The module enables batch import and export of large volumes of infoblock data. Processing occurs in the background, preventing the administrator page from freezing. All operations are available in the Control Panel under Content - Import and Export of Infoblocks.
When transferring data, the trading catalog with trade offers (SKU) is not copied as a linked structure; only the infoblock itself is copied without associated offers. Properties of the type "Link to elements" from another infoblock retain the original element IDs, which must be considered when migrating to another site.
The module does not support the composite caching technology and is incompatible with the "1C-Bitrix: Sites24" cloud environment. The installed "Information Blocks" module is required for operation.
Compatibility with "1C-Bitrix: Site Management" editions: "First Site", "Start", "Standard", "Small Business", "Business".
Installation is performed via the 1C-Bitrix Marketplace. Before starting work, ensure the "Information Blocks" module is installed and navigate to the corresponding Control Panel section.
