The PLTech: Business Process Audit module is designed for administrators and analysts who need a comprehensive view of business process templates on the portal. The tool allows assessment of connections, complexity, and potential risks without manual XML analysis or navigating through CRM settings, lists, and robots.

The tool allows assessment of connections, complexity, and potential risks without manual XML analysis or navigating through CRM settings, lists, and robots.
The software collects template metadata in read-only mode and provides a registry, detailed process cards, visual diagrams, and reports.
Key capabilities:
• Template registry with filtering by module, entity, type, risk level, and activity status.
• Process card containing information on activities, fields, CRM stages, robots, and a risk checklist.
• Generation of Mermaid diagrams with export options to HTML, Markdown, and ZIP archives.
• Process landscape map and archive of inactive templates.
• Full scanning with caching and a diff function to compare scan results.
• Annotations including owner, description, tags, and review status.
• Access rights management: viewing, exporting, and initiating scans for specific user groups.
• Optional background agent for night-time scanning.
Version 1 limitations:
The module does not modify business process templates or portal settings. Risk assessment is heuristic and does not replace professional auditing.
Version 1 does not include:
• Support for cloud REST applications (local installation only);
• Analysis of arbitrary PHP/JS code in the /local/ directory;
• Interaction with external APIs or data transfer outside the portal.
No external services are used. All data is processed exclusively on the user's portal.

Export, scan comparison, scheduling, alerts, and drill-down are available without the Pro tariff and without a license key.
Developer display: PLTech
In the list of installed solutions, the developer name is displayed as the PLTech brand. The legal name of the individual entrepreneur remains unchanged in the license agreement and privacy policy.
Compatibility with PHP 8.2+
The minimum PHP version for installing and updating the module has been raised from 8.1 to 8.2, in accordance with the requirements of 1C-Bitrix boxed products.
Security scanner warning fix:
- the export directory is forcibly placed outside DOCUMENT_ROOT;
- the export_path value within the web root is ignored; the secure path bitrix_private/pltech_bpaudit is used.
Security fixes based on automated checks:
- SQL injections in annotation and template repositories have been eliminated (parameterized queries);
- the export directory has been moved outside the document root, and protection against direct URL access has been added;
- names of saved export files are supplemented with a random suffix.

Yugadar: Logging Excel exports from the administrative section
The module records all data export operations to Excel from the administrative panel. The system automatically creates a table entry for each file download performed by an administrator. This provides immediate access to a complete action history, allowing you to identify who downloaded which report and when.
