The Chat-Online module provides an online chat with an AI consultant for websites built on the 1C-Bitrix platform. It exports product data from selected information blocks, including names, prices, properties, sections, and trade offers, as well as content from service, promotion, and contact pages.

The AI uses this data to respond to visitors by selecting products based on parameters, suggesting close alternatives when exact matches are unavailable, and displaying product cards directly within the chat window.
Key capabilities include answering questions about the catalog and site pages in Russian, automatic catalog updates when products or sections change, and the ability to transfer conversations to a live operator with email notifications. Administrators can configure prohibited topics, response tone, and length, and test the chat in the admin panel before showing it to visitors. The widget appearance is customizable regarding colors, button style, window size and position, and text labels. The module supports multi-site deployment and offers analytics for visits and dialogues within the service account.
Operation of the module requires an account with the external service. Request processing and response generation occur on the service's servers, and AI usage is a paid service.
The AI Consultant - Chat Online module offers three tariff plans.
Free plan (0 RUB/month): chat with operators without AI, 100 dialogues, 50 products, 1 website, 2 operators.
Standard plan (5,000 RUB/month): AI consultant, 1,000 dialogues, 10,000 products, 2 websites, 4 operators.
Pro plan (19,900 RUB/month): AI consultant, 5,000 dialogues, 500,000 products, 10 websites, 15 operators, web search, priority support.
Payment is available for terms of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months via the service account or on the Tariff tab in module settings.
Data transferred to the service
The service receives the product catalog, content of selected information blocks, visitor messages in the chat, and the page address where the chat is open. The module does not export website user data (accounts, orders, buyer contacts).
General iT can install “AI Consultant - Chat-Online”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.
