What this solution does
The module adds a floating WhatsApp button to the site, enabling visitors to quickly start a conversation with the company. The widget is automatically embedded into site pages and supports individual configuration for each site within a multi-site 1C-Bitrix installation.
Display modes and structure
Users can choose between two display options: a single collapsible button or a list of individual buttons. Multiple WhatsApp buttons with unique links and headers are supported.
Appearance and positioning
The widget position can be set horizontally and vertically. Separate margins are configurable for desktop and mobile devices. Button and icon sizes can be adjusted, along with colors, gradients, shadows, and animation effects. A custom icon can be uploaded for the main button, and individual icons can be assigned to each WhatsApp button. Animation and icon switching can be enabled or disabled. Labels can be displayed next to the buttons if needed.
Visibility conditions and logic
Display can be restricted by device type. The widget can be shown only on selected pages while excluding specific sections. A schedule for display by day of the week and time of day is supported.
Pop-up and analytics
An informational pop-up with a header, text, and image is included. The appearance delay and the interval for repeated display can be configured. UTM parameters are automatically added to the links.
The module adds a WhatsApp button with support for Yandex.Metrica goals to track clicks. Widget settings can be configured separately for each site.
This solution is suitable for online stores, corporate websites, and service companies that need to provide visitors with a quick way to contact a manager via WhatsApp. The widget can be displayed across the entire site or selectively in specific sections, such as the catalog, service pages, or landing pages. Separate positioning settings are available for mobile devices to ensure the button does not obscure important interface elements.
Settings are located in the 'Marketing → WhatsApp Button' section and in the 'Settings → Product Settings → Module Settings → WhatsApp Button' section.
