What this solution does

The Telegram Button module adds a prominent floating contact button to your site, helping convert visitors into leads. The widget connects automatically without template modifications and is fully configured via the administrative panel.

Features include the option to display a single button or a group, a pop-up invitation to start a chat, flexible display rules based on pages and time, and integration with UTM tags and Yandex.Metrica goals.

Two display modes are available. The single button mode features a compact element that expands into a list upon clicking, supporting smooth cyclic color and icon changes along with background dimming. The all buttons mode displays a vertical row of buttons that remain constantly visible on the page.

Appearance settings allow positioning the widget to the left, center, or right, and to the top, center, or bottom with precise pixel offsets. Separate spacing and interval parameters are available for the mobile version. Users can adjust button and icon sizes, corner rounding, and shadows using CSS box-shadow. Pulse animation is configurable by speed and color, with the ability to enable or disable blinking independently for each mode.

A visual builder in the settings allows creating multiple buttons for different chats, channels, or managers. For each button, you can set a title, link, colors, and icon. The order of elements is changed via drag-and-drop, with results previewed directly in the interface.

Design supports individual gradients for each button: users select the angle and two colors. Custom icons in PNG, JPG, and WEBP formats can be uploaded for both the main button and list items. Title badges next to the buttons are an optional feature.

The pop-up invitation feature displays a message with a title, text, and image near the button. Settings include a display delay and a cooldown period after closing. The cooldown is stored in the visitor's browser to prevent annoyance.

Display rules allow limiting visibility to specific pages or excluding certain pages. Mask lists support wildcards * and ?. Filtering by device type is available: all devices, desktop only, or mobile only. Display by day of the week and business hours ensures buttons are visible only during working hours.

For marketing and analytics, UTM parameters are automatically appended to links based on a customizable template using {type} and {host} placeholders.

The module sends Yandex.Metrica goals on click of each button and upon opening the main button. Goal names for counter configuration are displayed directly in the admin panel.

Multi-site support

Full support for multi-site configuration: each site has a separate settings tab with its own set of buttons, appearance, and display rules. A global switch is also available to control all sites at once.
