What this solution does

The 'Running Line in Header' module is designed to display informational banners, scrolling text, and promotional announcements at the top of 1C-Bitrix websites. The solution supports flexible styling, targeting, analytics, and multi-site environments.

This tool enables quick placement of critical messages in a prominent location, including sales promotions, important notifications, section links, delivery warnings, seasonal offers, or brief news items. It is suitable for online stores, corporate portals, landing pages, and projects hosting multiple sites within a single CMS installation.

Administrators can create either static banners or dynamic scrolling lines. Styling is configured without modifying template code. Visibility can be restricted by site, page, domain, user group, device type, and other parameters.

The 'Running Line in Header' module provides flexible styling for notifications. Options include solid backgrounds, gradients with adjustable angles, background patterns, and the ability to upload a custom pattern image. Users can individually set colors for text, background, highlighted 'mark' elements, separators, and the close button. Separate settings for size, padding, and fonts are available for desktop and mobile devices. The banner can be pinned during page scrolling. A close button or cross icon is available with settings to control re-display. A mode exists to show the banner on every page refresh. The link can be a separate 'More details' button or clickable across the entire banner area. Links can open in the current or a new tab. UTM parameters are supported for links, and integration with Yandex.Metrica allows sending goals upon click. The system supports A/B testing with weight settings, status tracking, end dates, and winner selection. Import and export of announcements in JSON and CSV formats are implemented. Reports are generated for impressions, clicks, dismissals, and CTR.

Targeting

The module allows displaying different announcements to different audiences and site sections. Capabilities include selecting one or multiple SITE_IDs, excluding specific sites, defining display zones, and including or excluding pages and domains via masks. Targeting by user groups, specific users, authorized users, and guests is supported. The module also supports targeting for desktop, mobile devices, or all devices.

The 'Running Line in Header' module enables dynamic messages to be displayed at the top of the website. The system supports regional codes and prioritizes exclusions over inclusions, allowing administrators to precisely configure display scenarios for different audiences.

The module is suitable for promoting sales and discounts, sending notifications about delivery, payment, or operating hours, and sharing seasonal offers or urgent news. It also facilitates navigation to key catalog sections, announcements of sales, new collections, and events, as well as targeted communication with specific user groups. A/B testing of text and offers in the header area is supported.
