What this solution does

The itd.recaptcha module for 1C-Bitrix replaces the standard CAPTCHA with Yandex SmartCaptcha or Google ReCaptcha. Installation takes approximately five minutes and requires no programmer intervention or source code modification. The solution runs on your server. When Yandex SmartCaptcha is selected, personal data is processed and stored within the Russian Federation in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

The standard Bitrix CAPTCHA is often ineffective: bots easily bypass it, resulting in a stream of spam in contact forms that managers must process manually. Additionally, outdated verification methods often frustrate users, especially when typing on mobile devices, which can reduce conversion rates. Using Google ReCaptcha involves transferring data outside the Russian Federation, whereas Yandex SmartCaptcha ensures local data storage, simplifying compliance with legislation.

The module replaces the standard Bitrix captcha with Yandex SmartCaptcha or Google reCAPTCHA to protect against bots and spam. When using Yandex SmartCaptcha, data is stored in Russia and complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The system analyzes user behavior and risk factors to automatically filter out automated attacks in the background without user interaction. Users simply fill out forms while verification occurs seamlessly. The solution protects all form types, including contact forms, comments, registration, checkout, and forums, including custom-built forms, provided they contain the standard Bitrix captcha. Settings allow switching between Yandex SmartCaptcha (for Russia) and Google reCAPTCHA (for international business). The interface displays correctly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Installation via the Marketplace takes about 5 minutes and requires only entering an API key, with no need for a programmer.

Domain blacklisting blocks registration from email addresses on spam domains. The built-in database includes over 12 popular anonymous email services (mailforspam.com, mailsterm.com, mailusek.pl, etc.). Users can manually extend the list to 50 domains.

An additional 'smart' checkbox activates during a sudden surge in manual registrations from human bypassers. It displays random text with an inverted requirement (e.g., 'I am a robot' — do not check the box). Verification is performed server-side.

TRUSTED USERS — HIGHER CONVERSION

After the first successful CAPTCHA verification, the CAPTCHA is not shown again until the user's session ends. This results in:

reduced friction when filling out multiple forms;

increased conversion rates for orders and requests;

no irritation for returning visitors due to unnecessary clicks.

The feature can be disabled in settings.

SITE INTEGRATION

The module installs and uninstalls via standard Marketplace procedures. The Bitrix core and site files remain untouched. Uninstallation is performed through the module list in the admin panel without leaving traces.

Compatibility: all 'Site Management' editions, from 'First Site' to 'Enterprise'. Supports PHP 7.x–8.3 and composite mode.

The Yandex Captcha, SmartCaptcha, and Google ReCaptcha module for 1C-Bitrix provides protection against bots and spam. A 14-day trial with full functionality is available; payment is required only after verifying that the captcha is operational and spam is blocked.

Additional features include multisite support, allowing the module to be enabled or disabled separately for each site. It offers adaptive design with light and dark theme support for Google reCAPTCHA. Users can choose between normal and compact captcha sizes (for Google). The product is compatible with popular 1C-Bitrix templates.
