The Yandex Market Integration module synchronizes the product catalog of an online store on the 1C-Bitrix platform with the Yandex Market trading platform. The solution automatically exports products, prices, stock levels, and specifications, while also processing orders received from the market.
Catalog export functionality includes a complete export of all products with their specifications, selective export by specific categories, and paginated processing of large catalogs. The system supports both automatic and manual mapping of site categories to Yandex Market categories.
Price management allows transmitting current prices to Yandex Market with flexible markup or discount settings in percentages or absolute values. It supports automatic currency conversion and works with various price types: retail, wholesale, and special.
Stock synchronization ensures the automatic transmission of product availability information.
The module supports multiple warehouses, allowing users to select the inventory source: total balance, a specific warehouse, or a sum across all locations. Items not included in the selection automatically have their stock levels reset to zero. A 'In Stock Only' mode is available to export exclusively items with a positive quantity.
Product characteristics are handled with automatic image upload and attachment to product cards. Descriptions are exported in full or short formats, supporting allowed HTML markup. Product attributes are exported as Market parameters, and any InfoBlock fields can be mapped to these parameters.
Synchronization operates automatically via scheduled agents or event-driven triggers when price or stock changes. Background tasks run without impacting site performance. Flexible filters allow exporting items based on price, availability, and attributes, including complex conditions with operators such as equals, not equals, greater than, less than, LIKE, and BETWEEN. Inverse filters are supported to exclude specific items from the export.
Order processing module (optional, requires the sale module)
The import function enables automatic order loading from Yandex Market into the Bitrix system.
The synchronization mechanism maintains data currency by updating order statuses across both systems.
