What this solution does
The module enables export and import of products, trade offers, information block sections, and Highload block data in spreadsheet format. Export operations support CSV, XLS, XLSX, DBF, and PDF file formats. Import operations support CSV, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, HTML, and DBF formats.
This solution combines the functionality of separate import and export modules. It processes all standard information block element fields, including names, descriptions, images, and others. All property types are supported: multiple properties, images, lists, dictionaries, and bindings to information block elements and sections.
Catalog fields are fully supported, including available quantities, warehouse stock levels, and all price types. The system also handles SEO fields, discounts (percentage or fixed with start and end dates), sets and kits, all trade offer fields, and their section bindings.
The module supports export and import of InfoBlock section data, including all standard attributes (title, description, images), SEO parameters, and custom fields. Users can selectively choose specific product, offer, or section fields for export or import.
Features include scheduling operations via cron, creating and saving export/import profiles to store configurations, and supporting multiple sheets within a single Excel file. When generating price lists in xlsx format, the tool allows arbitrary fields, custom headers, style adjustments, image insertion, and formula usage. Data can be filtered before export.
The module supports importing arbitrary supplier files, searching and updating existing records based on selected fields, and bulk image uploads. File sources include local computers, server directories, remote sites (with authentication), FTP servers, and email addresses. It also allows applying discounts or markups to imported prices automatically.
The module supports complex data transformation during import, including merging values from multiple cells, removing substrings, replacing characters, and rounding numbers. Import settings allow handling missing products by deactivating them, resetting stock levels to zero, or assigning arbitrary property values. Empty sections are automatically deactivated after import. Bulk property creation is available before data upload. The system maintains a history of import profile runs and provides detailed statistics on updated elements and sections. Export files can be automatically sent to external resources such as Yandex Disk, Google Sheets, Bitrix24, FTP servers, or delivered via email to arbitrary addresses.
The module supports inserting custom headers via template files and allows the use of Excel formulas directly within price lists. Video tutorials cover core import capabilities. Guides detail importing categories with the ability to link items to multiple sections, processing files where categories are listed in separate rows, and importing empty categories without items. The tool also enables uploading trade offers and adding extra fields that are not present in the source file.
The module supports importing price lists from various suppliers with automatic deactivation of products not present in the new file. It enables the upload of current prices and stock levels. The system allows importing multiple product properties along with their descriptions. Automatic image upload is supported. The module handles importing properties listed in a single cell separated by a delimiter. Data can be automatically loaded on a schedule (cron) from email or via FTP. Bulk property creation is implemented. Import statistics are recorded to control data quality, allowing changes to be rolled back if necessary. Import files can be uploaded via an authorized secure link.
The module supports loading files from external cloud storage services, including Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, Mail.ru Cloud, and Dropbox. It enables calculation of prices and stock levels based on data from multiple suppliers. An advanced mode for price import with detailed parameter control is available. The system supports importing product sets and kits.
Additional capabilities include configuring automatic execution of export and import processes via the cron scheduler. The tool allows creating backups and restoring the product catalog using export files. It also supports transferring section structures between information blocks or to another website.
If importing products changes the URLs of elements or sections, use a separate solution to automatically create HTTP redirects.
General iT can handle the implementation of “Export/Import of Products to Excel”, from installation to configuration and compatibility checks.
