Capabilities include transferring values between fields, summing data from multiple sources into a single field, transliterating text (suitable for generating symbolic codes), and cleaning up extra spaces or HTML tags. A step-by-step processing mode is implemented to enable the modification of an unlimited number of elements without risking memory overflow.
Mass processing of information block elements (products)
The module allows changing fields for all product offers. It supports binding elements to sections, unbinding them, and setting a main section. Processing templates are saved to quickly reuse previously configured settings.
Processing can be triggered via cron. The system supports moving products into offers with automatic binding to the main product. Management of sets and kits is available, allowing selected products to be added to or removed from existing groups.
Templates can be launched based on events such as creating or modifying an information block element, changing properties, prices, or other parameters. Kit prices are calculated automatically as the sum of their component prices. The module also supports changing image file extensions.
When moving elements to other sections or changing their symbolic codes, page URLs may change. In such cases, a specialized solution for automatically creating redirects is recommended.
