The 'Feedback Form with Constructor' component allows placing forms of any complexity anywhere on the site. Available field types include: text string, number, phone, email, checkbox, radio button, dropdown list, date (with the standard calendar component), text area, hidden field, as well as infoblock elements and sections. The component creates fields not tied to any specific infoblock.

The component creates fields not tied to any specific infoblock. Each component instance can have its own unique set of fields. In the component settings, you can mark fields as required and customize the error message for uncompleted fields.
The built-in template supports an AJAX mode to submit the form without reloading the page. Two color schemes are available: dark and light.
Starting with version 4.0.0, support for Google reCaptcha was added as an alternative to the standard Bitrix captcha.
Version 6.0.0 introduced integration with Bitrix24 for creating leads.
