The PUSK: Activity - Search Files in Task module is designed to automatically search for identifiers of all files associated with a task. The component covers files specified in the task body (description) as well as files attached to comments. This is an additional block for configuring business processes in CRM.

The component covers files specified in the task body (description) as well as files attached to comments. This is an additional block for configuring business processes in CRM.
To search for files within a task, the task's identifier is used from the incoming parameter.
The module returns identifiers of disk objects found in the task body and its comments.
The 'PUSK: Activiti — Search Files in Task' module enables extraction of files from tasks for display in messages, reports, and notifications, as well as for use in business processes. Use cases include quick access to all task files, automatic transfer of files from a task to a related deal (when used with the 'PUSK: Activiti — Tasks Related to Entity' application), and regular disk space cleanup.
The license grants usage rights for one year from the purchase date. Continued use requires annual renewal at 50% of the current application price. Renewal provides access to updates and new features, maintains compatibility with Bitrix24 platform updates, and includes developer technical support.
The module extracts files from tasks associated with activities and business processes. It supports operation with additional process blocks. File search by ID is implemented. The functionality includes interaction with disks, storage systems, and comments within the task context.
