The module allows configuring the visibility of custom fields in task creation and editing forms based on values in other fields. Conditions can be set for standard fields: Assignee, Creator, Due Date, Project, CRM, and Tags.
The module allows configuring the visibility of custom fields in task creation and editing forms based on values in other fields. Conditions can be set for standard fields: Assignee, Creator, Due Date, Project, CRM, and Tags. The following custom field types are also supported: Yes/No, Date and Date with Time, Link to Section or Element of Information Blocks, Link to Employee, Link to CRM Elements, List, Text, Number, and Integer. Fields can be marked as required when a condition is met.
Link configuration is available only to portal administrators on the task list page (both personal and group tasks). A button to open the list of configured links is located to the left of the gear icon.
The module does not work in mobile app tasks due to the current lack of support for custom fields in that environment.

The 'Mandatory Response' module helps prevent missing important questions regarding tasks, deals, messages, and other entities in Bitrix24. Notifications appear only for tasks where the user is involved or mentioned in comments. The module tracks requests requiring a response or reaction and keeps them visible until addressed. The module addresses the following tasks: 1.
5 UGLOV. Email Notifications After tasks were moved to chats in Bitrix24, the system stopped sending email notifications about task changes and messages from their chats. Status changes, deadline shifts, or colleague replies in a task now require logging into the portal to check. The 'Email' checkboxes in employee notification settings remain but no longer function.
The module adds a 'Group by Employees' mode to the personal task list and Gantt chart for the on-premise version of Bitrix24. In this mode, tasks for each assignee are grouped separately. The group header displays the employee's name and a link to their profile. Groups can be collapsed or expanded to focus on a specific employee.
