What this solution does
The awz.kpworks module is designed for creating and managing task routes within the Bitrix24 CRM system. It enables automatic routing of tasks between users and groups based on specific conditions and rules.
Key features include route management, supporting the creation of an unlimited number of scenarios to automate task processing. Each route can be activated or deactivated, and logs for every route execution are available for review.
CRM integration enables automatic processing of activity creation events (OnActivityAdd). The system supports searching for responsible parties among contacts, companies, and tasks using various criteria, including email and JSON filters.
A flexible access control system is provided. Settings allow granular management of permissions for viewing, editing, and deleting configurations, as well as restricting access to processing logs. The module fully integrates with the Bitrix24 permission system.
Built-in logging and monitoring tools record all route processing operations. Old log entries are automatically cleaned up by an agent, facilitating the analysis of route efficiency.
The module handles user addition and update events, ensuring automatic synchronization of user data with the configured routes.
The AWZ: Case Routes module is built on Bitrix24 platform standards. Request management is handled via API controllers. Access rights configuration is performed using the kpworks.config.permissions component. Data regarding rights, roles, and their relationships is stored in database tables. System agents automatically clear logs every 6 hours. Integration with the platform is implemented through event handlers.
In the administrative panel section 'Settings > Product Settings > Module Settings > AWZ: Case Routes', the following functions are available:
The Routes list displays all created scenarios. Each route shows activity indicators and control buttons.
Creating a new route is done via a configuration form for routing rules. This form allows defining conditions for assigning responsible parties and configuring filters to search for users and groups.
The processing log allows viewing the history of case movement through routes, information about assigned responsible parties, and current execution statuses.
The module integrates with the system via the OnActivityAdd event handler, which triggers processing when a case is created in CRM.
