The Awelite: Favorites module enables quick configuration of the favorites feature for any entity types, including products, news items, and articles. It functions for both authorized and anonymous users. The module is compatible with all editions of 1C-Bitrix, starting from the 'Start' edition.
The Awelite: Favorites module enables quick configuration of the favorites feature for any entity types, including products, news items, and articles. It functions for both authorized and anonymous users. The module is compatible with all editions of 1C-Bitrix, starting from the 'Start' edition. The additional trigger-based email notification functionality is available in the 'Small Business' edition and higher.
Key capabilities include Cookies support, automatic synchronization of favorites, and full compatibility with all editions of '1C-Bitrix: Site Management'. When the 'Catalog' and 'Email Marketing' modules are installed, the system can send trigger notifications regarding price changes for items in the favorites list.
The module operates by storing the list of items as an array of IDs in the browser's Cookies for non-authorized users. Upon user authorization, the data stored in Cookies is automatically synchronized with the database. A minimum PHP version of 7.4 is required for operation.
When needed, General iT can implement “Awelite: Favorites”, configure the module and verify it against the current website setup.
