What this solution does

The module automates the recording of the first and last contact times with a client in the CRM, enabling control over response speed and handling quality without manual data entry. The system logs completed calls via standard Bitrix24 telephony or integrated SIP phones. It also tracks sent and received emails linked to CRM records. Messages from Open Lines, chats, and connected integrations (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) are processed automatically.

Two custom fields are added to Leads and Deals. The 'First Contact Date' field is populated automatically upon the first recorded interaction and is never overwritten, precisely marking the moment a client enters the sales funnel. The 'Last Contact Date' field updates with every new interaction (call, email, or message), always reflecting the date of the most recent communication.

The module automatically records the dates of the first and last customer contact, ensuring data accuracy without human intervention. This enables instant evaluation of manager response times to new leads and calculation of corresponding KPIs. The system helps identify deals with prolonged inactivity based on the 'Last Contact Date' field, simplifying the management of stalled deals. Analytics cover the deal cycle duration from the first contact to closure, as well as the frequency of interactions at different funnel stages. The module operates in the background, eliminating errors caused by employees forgetting to update stages or create tasks.
