What this solution does
A fully functional demo version is available for a 30-day period.
This module is designed for planning and tracking employee work schedules. It operates exclusively within the on-premise version of Bitrix24.
Administrators and managers define planned working days and hours, as well as mark vacations, absences, weekends, sick leave, and business trips. The system generates a schedule that incorporates the actual working time recorded by employees.
Key capabilities:
Planning work shifts and rest periods.
Real-time comparison of planned versus actual working hours and days.
Consolidation of the 'Working Time' and 'Absence Schedule' tools into a single interface.
Ability to print the schedule.
Additional features:
Two viewing modes: for employees (shift start and end times) and for managers (plan vs. actual hours for each shift).
Mass creation of schedules for multiple employees or departments, applying the same plan for several days in advance.
Mass editing of actual employee schedules.
Integration with the working time accounting module.
Synchronization with the absence schedule.
The Working Time Chart PRO module allows tracking working hours without mandatory integration with a time accounting system. Actual data can be entered by an employee's supervisor or the product administrator.
The system verifies the IP address from which the workday starts and ends. A report on the number of underworked hours is available. Shift planning and editing are handled through separate forms. Supervisors and administrators can add comments to employee shifts.
The module supports viewing data for both current and former employees, facilitating joint timesheet preparation. The scheduler now allows selection of entire departments in addition to individual employees. A feature for batch editing of schedules has been added. Synchronization with the absence schedule is implemented. IP address control has been introduced. A report on planned and actual hours is now available.
