An advanced voting component for information blocks designed to ensure accurate rating calculations. Unlike the standard iblock.vote solution, this module stores voting results in the database and verifies each visitor via cookies, IP address, and user ID to prevent rating manipulation. Site administrators have full access to view all voting outcomes.

Unlike the standard iblock.vote solution, this module stores voting results in the database and verifies each visitor via cookies, IP address, and user ID to prevent rating manipulation. Site administrators have full access to view all voting outcomes.
The component is primarily intended for rating images and news articles. However, by customizing the template, it can be adapted for 'Like' buttons or '+ / -' feedback systems.
To embed the 'Honest Voting' component within other modules that utilize caching, the auxiliary 'Include Code' module is recommended.
General iT can install “Honest Voting”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.

Minor fixes
Before updating the module, make a backup of the /bitrix/modules/askaron.ibvote folder.
The unused back_page parameter has been removed from the .default template of the askaron.ibvote.iblock.vote component. The redirect to back_page has been removed from the component.
The .default template is marked as a demo template.
For the ajax template, sessid verification is now mandatory. sessid was passed in the old template but could be ignored if the component was cached by another component. Now the check is strict.
A READ_ONLY parameter has been added to the component parameters to disable voting.
The askaron.ibvote.iblock.vote component has been rewritten using D7 methods.
CAskaronIbvoteEvent::add has been replaced with \Askaron\Ibvote\EventTable::add, while preserving the old event after adding an element.
The CAskaronIbvoteEvent class is marked as deprecated but is still in use. In new code, you should use \Askaron\Ibvote\EventTable instead. In the future, we will update the remaining methods.
Minor fixes in the admin panel
Minor fixes to improve the code. htmlspecialchars has been replaced with htmlspecialcharsbx or urlencode
Links in the menu and during the installation process have been fixed
