The Anmarto: Bulk Edit module is designed for the safe mass modification of information block elements and product catalog items. The solution enables the creation of tasks to process large volumes of data and allows users to preview the expected result in a 'was → will be' format before applying changes.
The Anmarto: Bulk Edit module is designed for the safe mass modification of information block elements and product catalog items. The solution enables the creation of tasks to process large volumes of data and allows users to preview the expected result in a 'was → will be' format before applying changes.
Key features include selecting elements by a list of IDs or a customizable filter with support for nested logical groups of AND/OR conditions. The tool facilitates comparison of fields and properties, bulk editing of parameters, execution of text and arithmetic operations, and copying values between compatible fields and properties.
Users can modify activity, sorting, symbolic codes, text content, tags, and dates. The module supports both single and multiple properties, including data types such as HTML, DateTime, Money, Directory, and ElementList. It allows for the sequential execution of multiple rules with mandatory pre-viewing of changes.
Processing is performed in batches with progress tracking. The process can be stopped and safely resumed after a connection interruption. The system preserves original values for a single-step rollback, maintains a log of completed, skipped, and erroneous operations with CSV export capability, and supports standard and extended information block permissions. The interface is available in Russian and English.
The Bulk Edit module enables batch operations on products. When the Trade Catalog module is installed, extended capabilities become available: changing prices of various types, increasing or decreasing them by a fixed amount or percentage, copying and rounding values. Editing of quantity, weight, and measurement units is also supported, along with managing stock accounting and product availability. The module handles both simple products and trade offers.
If the Trade Catalog module is not installed, functions dependent on it are automatically hidden. Basic operations with infoblock fields and properties remain available.
In demo mode, element selection and preview are unlimited. Changes can be applied to a single task for no more than 10 elements. The module operates exclusively within the site; catalog data is not transmitted to external services.
