What this solution does
The xlogic.propertymanager module simplifies mass management of information block properties in systems based on 1C-Bitrix. The tool allows simultaneous configuration of parameters for dozens or hundreds of properties, eliminating the need to manually open each property card to enable smart filters or adjust display settings.
The interface consolidates all operations into a single list with intuitive toggle switches. Filtering is available by section, type, name, code, and current status. Switching between information blocks is performed quickly in a few clicks.
Mass change functionality is implemented: users can select specific properties or apply actions to all elements passing the filter. Available parameter changes include display on the edit page, enabling smart filters, showing on the detail page, and showing in the list. For catalogs, settings for display in the shopping cart and the tree of trade offers are available.
The module provides tools for managing property bindings to sections. Users can mass-attach properties, copy binding settings between sections, or remove root bindings if a property should not be available in all sections. The binding status (direct, inherited, or root) is displayed explicitly.
The Information Block Properties Management module enables mass configuration of element parameters. Settings can be exported to a CSV file for editing in Excel or Google Sheets, then imported back to update properties. A detailed change log records every operation, including the user, timestamp, action type, and source (manual edit, CSV, queue, or binding). A history comparison of old and new values is always available.
This tool benefits online store owners by allowing rapid filter setup for seasonal promotions and adding new properties during assortment expansion, including data type changes such as switching from days to hours. Administrators can automate routine property management tasks, freeing up time for more complex work. Developers can leverage a simple API for mass operation automation and integration; the module operates via standard Bitrix methods without modifying the core, ensuring reliable transactions.
In practice, the module significantly reduces task execution time. For instance, enabling a smart filter for 50 properties manually takes about an hour due to the need to visit each card individually. With the module, users simply select the information block and section, mark the required properties, and click the activation button, completing the task in approximately two minutes. The module also supports scenarios where properties must be visible only within a specific section.
The Property Manager module streamlines mass operations for binding infoblock properties to sections. Without it, each property requires manual configuration in its individual card. With the module, you select the target section, mark the desired properties, and apply the binding with a single click. If a property remains in the root, it can be detached from the root structure. The module also supports copying settings: select the destination section and specify the source section to automatically transfer all bindings, eliminating the need to manually replicate parameters between sections.
The module is optimized for high performance. Changes involving up to 100 properties are applied immediately. For operations exceeding 100 properties, the task is automatically queued and processed by a background agent, preventing interface freezes and timeouts. The batch processing size can be configured to suit specific tasks.
Security is maintained through user group-based access control. Executing property operations requires write (W) permissions on the infoblock. All mass operations run within transactions; if an error occurs, no partial changes are applied, ensuring data integrity. Unlike opening individual property cards, the module allows editing parameters in a general list for a single item, a selected group, or all properties matching a filter.
Mass management of information block element bindings to sections and settings copying. Support for data export and import in CSV format. All changes are recorded in the action log. Large tasks are processed in a background queue without blocking the interface.
