What this solution does
Module Builder for the 1C-Bitrix Marketplace creates the module structure, moves Russian text into language files, checks the module before upload, and assembles a full archive or updates in the format accepted by the Marketplace.
Module creation. The structure is generated according to 1C-Bitrix documentation: include.php, an installer with installation and uninstallation steps, wrappers for administrative pages, and menu items. Site components and PHP scripts can be added to the module immediately.
Language phrases. Russian text from scripts, templates, and components is moved into language files in the lang directory. The code retains calls to the GetMessage function. Phrase keys can be renamed in the editor: the new name is written to the script and to all language files, including ru, en, and others.
Version release. The interface is a single page with a summary and tabs for Files, Description, Update Script, and Check. An update or a full archive in tar.gz format is assembled. PHP files are re-encoded to windows-1251 as required by the Marketplace.
Exact update composition. Changed files are determined by content relative to the version uploaded to the Marketplace, not by file date. The file list can be corrected manually; language files for selected scripts are added automatically.
The Xlogic Marketplace Module Builder manages remote files: if a file is absent from the module, code to remove it is automatically added to the updater.php script on client sites.
Version descriptions are entered in HTML, saved to the file docs/update-X.Y.Z.html, while the update script is sourced from the module or a template.
For components, modified files edited directly on the site can be copied back to the module with a single click.
Build history records every compiled version. Once a version is marked as uploaded to the Marketplace, subsequent updates are calculated from that point.
Pre-build checks verify PHP syntax and installer structure, including the presence of a class, the InstallDB method, the version, the installer language file, and the description.ru file.
The system checks that classes lib are registered in the include.php file and that the PHP closing tag PHP closing tag exists in that same file.
It detects characters outside the windows-1251 encoding, Russian text outside language files, discrepancies between the ru and en language files, and phrases lacking language keys.
Additional checks cover BOM markers, CRLF line endings, and non-ASCII characters in JavaScript.
Configuration settings define partner codes for modules displayed in lists and file and folder masks to exclude from archives.
The tool supports the automatic inclusion of language files in updates.
The Marketplace Module Builder module by Xlogic operates exclusively within the site's administrative section and is accessible only to site administrators. The solution does not modify core system files and does not transmit data to external servers.
If “Marketplace Module Builder” is required, General iT can help with installation, configuration and a technical check after integration.
