The module enables automatic submission of web form data to leads or smart process items in Bitrix24, supporting both cloud and on-premise versions of the platform. Key capabilities: End-to-end analytics tracking: the history of pages visited by the user on the website is automatically populated in the lead card, provided that Bitrix24 end-to-end analytics is configured on the site.

Key capabilities:
End-to-end analytics tracking: the history of pages visited by the user on the website is automatically populated in the lead card, provided that Bitrix24 end-to-end analytics is configured on the site.
File upload support: the module handles the transmission of files attached to forms.
Flexible field mapping: users can map multiple web form fields to a single lead field, and transfer text properties into lists with automatic creation of missing values in Bitrix24 lists.
Manual execution: the system allows for manual triggering of data export to Bitrix24 based on specific filters.
Multi-instance support: forms can be sent to multiple separate Bitrix24 instances simultaneously.
Duplicate prevention: the module tracks repeated submissions to ensure that resubmitted form results do not create duplicate leads or smart process items.
Compatibility: the module is compatible with PHP 7.2+ and PHP 8.0+. It has been tested and verified on PHP versions 7.2, 7.4, and 8.1.
The module consists of two parts. The first part is installed in your online store. The second part is installed in Bitrix24 as an application via the Bitrix24 application catalog.
General iT can install “Form Integration (web form connector with Bitrix24)”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.

Following the transition to the new discussion mechanism based on messengers, standard search stopped indexing task chat content, limiting results to task titles, descriptions, and standard fields.

The NBTech module for Bitrix24 automatically adds users to task watchers when they are mentioned in the task chat. During task discussions, employees often use @mentions to tag colleagues. While the mentioned user receives a notification for that specific message, they do not automatically become a chat participant or task watcher.

The NBTech: Task Chat Display Settings module for Bitrix24 allows flexible management of column widths in task cards and the messenger, as well as optimizing the chat list display. Employee needs vary: some require a detailed task description, while others need a wider area for active discussion. A standard ratio does not suit everyone.
