What this solution does
The 'Manual Agent Runner' module for 1C-Bitrix enables administrators to manually trigger individual system agents without waiting for automatic cron tasks or site hits. This free extension adds a launch option to the context menu of each agent within the standard administrative panel, eliminating the need to run all site agents or use external PHP scripts. Execution occurs in a separate console process via PHP CLI, requiring explicit administrator confirmation. The interface displays the textual output of the process and tracks execution time. The system secures administrative operations by verifying access rights and validating launch requests. The installer automatically checks that the environment meets basic system requirements.
Module management is performed via the 1C-Bitrix administrative panel, which is convenient for development and diagnostics. The tool allows manual execution of agents when checking integrations, background operations, and other site tasks. The agent runs in a separate console process. Closing the window does not stop an already running agent. The launch confirmation remains valid for 10 minutes. Temporary files are deleted automatically after completion. Manual execution does not affect the schedule for automatic agent runs. The solution is suitable for 1C-Bitrix site developers, system administrators, technical specialists, web studios, and support services.
General iT can install “Manual agent execution”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.
