Integration with Kuper (SberMarket)

What this solution does

This module provides automatic integration between a 1C-Bitrix online store and the Kuperr marketplace (formerly SberMarket). Catalogs, prices, and stock levels are synchronized without manual exports, Excel files, or third-party software. Orders from Kuperr customers are automatically created in the site's admin panel alongside regular orders.

The catalog remains up-to-date through full export of categories, products, and trade offers via Kuperr's official Content API. Each trading point can have its own warehouse and price type. Promotional prices are exported from a separate price type.

Changes to prices, stock, or product cards are sent to Kuperr when the background agent runs next, typically within minutes, without requiring a full re-export. The system supports transfer of names, descriptions, photos, barcodes, weight, VAT, as well as weight-based and unit-based products. Attributes from any information block properties are also transferred.

The admin panel displays statistics on product mapping to Kuperr cards and a list of rejected items. Orders are synchronized in both directions: an order from Kuperr is immediately created on the site with full composition, buyer details, address, delivery window, comments, payment method, discounts, and B2B client data.

The module provides two-way synchronization of orders between the online store and the Kuper (SberMarket) platform. Changes received from Kuper are automatically applied to the order on the site: the composition and final amount after assembly are updated, the delivery time window is transferred, payment statuses are changed, and order cancellation, courier assignment, and courier arrival are recorded. When the order status is changed on the site, Kuper receives a notification about the current status: "in progress", "assembled", "ready for pickup", "delivered", and others.

The module automatically adheres to the strict sequence of events required by Kuper. If any mandatory step is skipped, the system sends it first. The actual order composition after assembly, the weight of bulk goods, and the marking codes of the "Chestny Znak" system are transmitted to the platform.

Flexible mapping settings allow correlating order statuses, delivery services, payment systems, and additional order properties.

Readiness for Federal Law No. 289-FZ

On October 1, 2026, the law on the platform economy enters into force. The module already transmits all data required by Kuper for the product card: the indication of the need for certification, HS codes and OKPD2 codes, GTIN, manufacturer information, as well as data on medical devices and TCR. Permissive documents are also transmitted: certificates, declarations, certificates of state registration, and registration certificates.

The information block with documents and the necessary product properties are created with a single click. The module automatically checks the formats of codes and dates, preventing erroneous data from being sent to Kuper.

Reliability and Transparency

A detailed exchange log is maintained: every request and response is recorded with the full message body and execution result.

The module ensures automatic retry of failed notification sends and strictly adheres to Kuper API limits, including request retries during server overload. Webhook reception is secured using a client-token or a login and password combination. Connection status and the webhook address can be verified with a single button in the settings. The solution works with any web server, as the order reception address is independent of URL rewrite rules. This module is designed for retailers and chains selling via Kuper who handle order assembly and/or delivery themselves, as well as for those who only transmit their product catalog to Kuper.
