This module automatically reminds site visitors about unused coupons. If a coupon is active and has an expiration date, the system sends an email to the coupon owner prompting them to use the discount. The email content is generated from an editable template. Delivery is handled via standard platform mail events.
The module settings allow you to specify exactly when to send the notification before the coupon expires. You can define any number of days in advance, such as 30 days (one month), 25 days, 7 days (one week), 1 day, etc.
The system validates the email address in both the coupon owner's field and the coupon's 'Comment' field. The solution functions as a standalone tool and integrates effectively with other modules: 'Discount for Registration' (pop-up window), 'Discount for Subscription' (pop-up window), and 'Birthday Notifications/Discounts'. In these solutions, the user's email address is automatically saved to the coupon's 'Comment' field during generation.
General iT can connect “Scoder: Abandoned Coupons / Forgotten Discounts. Discount Reminder”, configure it and verify the integration with the existing website.
