ReviewLab: reviews from Yandex Maps, 2GIS, and Google on your website

What this solution does

The module displays current company reviews on the website from 17 external platforms: Yandex Maps, Yandex Business, Yandex Services, Yandex Reviews, Google Maps, 2GIS, VKontakte, Avito, ProDoctors, SberHealth, NaPopravku, Zoon, Otzovik, Flamp, Yell, IRecommend, and YCLIENTS. Visitors see fresh ratings directly on the service page or product card without navigating to third-party resources.

Data collection is performed on ReviewLab servers with daily updates. Nothing is stored or processed on the client's hosting: the site does not make direct requests to sources, avoids access restrictions, and imposes no additional server load. The solution is compatible with Composite.

Three display formats are available for the review feed: carousel, grid, and list. Additionally, two compact rating blocks are provided for placement in the header or footer.

Features include filtering by minimum rating, manual hiding of ratings without text and individual reviews. The widget supports customization via a design editor and custom CSS to match the site template. An AI review summary is available within the widget, generating a concise overview of key company strengths. There are no limits on the number of pages where the widget can be installed.

The widget uses a responsive layout; the mobile version is configured separately.

Reviews are collected via link and QR code with negative feedback interception: satisfied customers are directed to post reviews on Yandex Maps or 2GIS, while dissatisfied customers submit feedback directly to the company instead of posting publicly.

Review analytics include monthly reports on trends and sentiment across all platforms, along with AI-based company analysis.

Two placement methods are available.

Automatic: enabling auto-insertion in the module settings places the widget before the footer on all site pages or according to a specified CSS selector without requiring template modifications.

Targeted: the 'ReviewLab: Review Widget' component is placed on specific pages via the visual editor.

For multisite installations, settings are configured separately for each site.
