The module automatically generates categories based on company data and displays a 'Passwords' tab within company cards or associated tasks. All passwords are securely encrypted using a unique token. Administrators can configure flexible access rights for individual users, groups, and departments, as well as restrict access by time.
The system supports password change history tracking, template folder creation, and permission templates. This structure allows security protocols to scale automatically as new projects are introduced.
