What this solution does

The SMS4B module enables sending messages without programming skills. It supports both mass mailing from the website and automatic sending triggered by specific events. Message delivery is performed via the sms4b.ru service according to the selected tariff.

For online stores, flexible notification settings are available for buyers and administrators. The system automatically sends SMS when a new order is created, when the order status changes, or when the shipment status changes. In the administrative panel, messages can be sent based on a template from the order list, using either standard or custom templates. These templates are based on email layouts and are extended with variables containing order properties.

The system includes a feature to remind users about forgotten unpaid orders, allowing the configuration of multiple reminders with different time intervals.

For Bitrix24, a separate solution available in the platform's app catalog is recommended. This integration supports sending SMS from the user list, creating custom templates, and configuring a field to store the mobile phone number.

In the tasks block, SMS sending is triggered upon task creation or modification.

The SMS4B module for 1C:Enterprise provides automated SMS sending triggered by system events. Notifications are generated when a task deadline is reached, a new comment is added to a task, or when leads, deals, and contacts are created, modified, or deleted. The module also supports sending messages when a lead status or deal stage changes.

Configuration options allow restricting SMS sending to specific workgroups and considering task priorities (high, medium, low). The system sends reminders for upcoming meetings and calls, notifies employees about missed calls, and functions as an auto-responder by sending an SMS to a client if their call goes unanswered.

The module integrates with the 'Subscription and Mailing' email module to organize bulk SMS campaigns, allowing users to subscribe or unsubscribe. It supports multi-site architecture, enabling separate configuration settings for each site. The functionality allows configuring SMS sending based on any email message.

The SMS4B module enables SMS sending via the Bitrix Service Messages service without code modifications. This allows automatic sending of verification codes during registration, marketing campaigns through the Marketing module, and other SMS operations via the Bitrix API.

The system supports handling technical support requests. Administrators can configure allowed sending intervals, including the ability to block SMS transmission during nighttime hours. The sending function can be enabled or disabled in the module settings.

Automatic SMS transliteration is supported. The module provides OnBeforeSmsSend and OnAfterSmsSend events to execute actions before and after message transmission. Sending is also possible directly via the module API.

Gateway failover is implemented: if the primary gateway is unavailable, the system automatically switches to a backup channel.

Technical requirements and specifications:

The module is compatible with «1C-Bitrix: Site Management» version 20.100.x and higher, «1C-Bitrix24: Corporate Portal», and other products on the 1C-Bitrix platform. It requires PHP 8.1 or higher with the cURL and SOAP extensions enabled. The database must be MySQL 5.0 or higher. The solution supports both win-1251 and UTF-8 encodings.
