The Goal Setting module enables setting tasks for employees with defined deadlines and evaluation criteria, covering both quantitative and qualitative metrics. - Module access rights: view only their own goals without the ability to create goal packages and blocks.
Role: Manager
- Module access rights: view only their own goals (assigned to them); view and edit goals of their subordinates (which the manager themselves assigned).
