What this solution does
The 'Update CRM Entity' activity updates fields of any entity in Bitrix24 using a filter. Supported entities include standard objects (Lead, Deal, Contact, Company) and any smart process. Configuration requires selecting the entity type and defining filter conditions. The filter can target any fields, including custom ones. Note that the filter returns at most one entity; if filtering by fields that may match multiple records, only the first result will be updated.
The solution also includes a robot for business process automation. It triggers actions and conditions based on changes to fields in any CRM entity or smart process. This allows configuring system responses to specific data changes, reducing manual effort and improving process efficiency.
These tools are available in CRM and smart process business processes, as well as in Live Feed and universal list business processes.
