Store in MAX: catalog and orders in messenger

What this solution does

The ORBIITA MAX Shop module integrates your online store into the MAX messenger, converting your website catalog into a MAX mini-app. Buyers open the catalog directly in the chat, select items, and place orders that are automatically added to your website's standard order list.

Within the MAX interface, buyers see a catalog with sections, search, sorting, and an 'In Stock' filter. Product cards include photos, descriptions, specifications, and options to select size or color (product variations). The shopping cart is synchronized across devices. Checkout takes about a minute: the name is auto-filled from MAX data, the phone number is entered with one tap, and delivery and payment terms remain under your control. The store bot sends notifications regarding order receipt, payment, and status changes, and provides a 'My Orders' section.

On the website side, the module transmits selected catalog sections to the mini-app, including products, images, discounted prices, and current stock levels. Changes on the website are reflected in MAX within 10 minutes. Orders are created using the 'Online Store' platform tools: prices, cart rules, and delivery costs are calculated on the website. Buyers are identified by phone number or via registration, just as with a standard order. Online payments are processed on your website's order page through your payment system, generating your own receipts.

The module automatically notifies the buyer of order status changes via the MAX messenger. It supports multi-site operation, creating a separate MAX store for each domain.

To launch, an organization bot is required, created on the MAX for Business platform. After organization verification, the bot token is placed in the personal cabinet, and the mini-app address is configured in the bot settings. Functionality can be tested for free: test orders arrive at the site marked as TEST. After connecting the bot, the store operates for buyers free of charge for 14 days.

The module is free of charge. For the first 14 days after connecting the bot, the store is open to buyers without payment. Subsequently, service tariffs apply: up to 1,000 items cost 1,490 rubles per month, and up to 10,000 items cost 2,990 rubles per month. A two-month bonus is provided with annual payment. Payment is made via invoice.

Security is ensured by signing requests between the site and the service using the HMAC-SHA256 algorithm with a token lifetime of 10 minutes. Buyer data is transferred to the order on your site; the service stores it for no more than 30 days. Servers are located in Russia.
