NBTech: Chat display settings in tasks
The NBTech: Task Chat Display Settings module for Bitrix24 allows flexible management of column widths in task cards and the messenger, as well as optimizing the chat list display. Employee needs vary: some require a detailed task description, while others need a wider area for active discussion. A standard ratio does not suit everyone.

Employee needs vary: some require a detailed task description, while others need a wider area for active discussion. A standard ratio does not suit everyone. The module allows setting baseline configurations for all users and customizing block sizes for specific tasks.
After installation, a setting named 'NBTech: Task Chat Display Settings' appears in the system settings. The following parameters are available:
Task Description Column Width (%) — width of the left column with the task description. Default: 58.
Task Chat Column Width (%) — width of the right column with the chat. Default: 42.
Task Chat List Width in Messenger (px) — width of the chat list in the messenger. Default: 520.

NBTech: Task Chat Messages Search
The NBTech: Task Chat Messages Search module extends full-text search capabilities in Bitrix24 by indexing the text of messages from task chats. Following the transition to the new discussion mechanism based on messengers, standard search stopped indexing task chat content, limiting results to task titles, descriptions, and standard fields.
NBTech: Automatically add mentioned users to task observers
The NBTech module for Bitrix24 automatically adds users to task watchers when they are mentioned in the task chat. During task discussions, employees often use @mentions to tag colleagues. While the mentioned user receives a notification for that specific message, they do not automatically become a chat participant or task watcher.

The module adds a field to the standard Leads and Deals filter for sorting by the read status of messages in open communication channels. When a new message arrives, a yellow label 'Chat with client: UNREAD' appears on the record card. In large lists where standard CRM tools cannot filter by this criterion, the module prevents missed inquiries.
