The MAX Pro module sends unlimited notifications to managers via the MAX messenger regarding e-commerce events: new orders, status changes, web form submissions, and new elements in information blocks. This is an internal communication tool, not a chat widget for site visitors. The module operates by sending alerts to a channel or a chat with a bot.
Pro version features include an unlimited message quota, support for any number of web forms and information blocks, and configuration for up to five recipients using chat or channel IDs. Users can create custom message templates with placeholders, apply filters to prevent spam based on keywords, and review a complete log of all sent messages. The module supports using a dedicated MAX bot or the MAKE cloud without requiring a personal bot token.
Important: This module is incompatible with the free make.maxnotify version. Do not install them together; use only the Pro version. System requirements include PHP 8.2 and outbound HTTPS connectivity to the MAX API and/or the MAKE cloud. Using a dedicated bot requires a business.max.ru account, while cloud operation requires a Pro license. Support is provided on business days with a response time of up to two days.
